32 Under 32: At The Core was hosted on Friday, May 20 at The Metropolitan Ballroom in Minneapolis, with 400+ guests in attendance. After 2 years of virtual events, Ad 2 was ready to celebrate in person. 32 Under 32 was created to recognize young marketing, advertising, and creative minds who not only excel at their job, but also go above and beyond for the betterment of others. With our 2022 theme being “At The Core”, we wanted to acknowledge those who exude that spark of going above and beyond for others – all the way from their core. We devoted the evening to show appreciation for the marketers who put in the hours, strive to make their workplace better, aspire to be leaders and wish to make a difference.
