AdFed President: Hana Chughtai
After a two-year stint as vice president alongside outgoing president Anton Friant, Hana is more than ready to step in as president of AdFed. Her years in AdFed and close connections across the industry mean she’s not just bringing the heat to AdFed; she’s redefining what it means to lead in the Twin Cities advertising scene.
For Hana, AdFed is about the people and the passion. She’s ready to forge connections, grow engagement, and push the boundaries of what’s possible. By innovating and elevating the experience at AdFed marquee events, Hana aims to grow our Minnesota chapter’s influence and renown – both locally and with the American Advertising Federation (AAF) nationally. “We have plans to revitalize, innovate, and chart a course that will serve AdFed for the next generation. This year’s leadership team is second to none, and as a united front, we are ready to kick some serious ass,” says Hana. With a clear vision and a motivated board of directors, Hana is here to lead AdFed to new heights, shaping and expanding the AdFed brand with every step.
Hana is the Wicked Visionary behind Hana April Inc., her global luxury creative agency. Hana has been redefining events, activations, design, and custom gifting and promotional products on a massive scale. Now she’s bringing that same unstoppable energy and creative genius to AdFed, ready to elevate everything we do to a whole new level.
AdFed Vice President: Althea Larson

For Althea, AdFed is more than just an organization; it’s a vibrant community where folks of different backgrounds can come together and collaborate, sparking new and innovative ideas. Her passion for connecting and inspiring others is palpable, and she’s eager to continue fostering these invaluable relationships within and beyond AdFed. As vice president, Althea is excited to push boundaries, showcase our community’s talents, and strengthen ties with other AAF chapters across the country. “We have so much to celebrate, and I’m thrilled to lead the way in showcasing our industry’s brilliance in new and exciting ways,” says Althea.
Althea spends her days as a Senior PR Manager at broadhead, where she crafts killer media relations and influencer marketing strategies for major CPG brands. Her current role and prior experience as an Account Executive has honed her skills, making her a force to be reckoned with in the world of PR.
Ad 2 President: Caleb Peabody
We’re excited to welcome Caleb Peabody as the Ad 2 president. Caleb first served as co-director of 32 Under 32, and then as vice president for the 2023-2024 board year. His steady hand and partnership with outgoing Ad 2 president Zach Warfel led to one of the best years yet for Ad 2. Now he’s stepping up as president, with a vision as bold as his ambition.
Caleb’s love for Ad 2 is all about providing an opportunity for younger advertising professionals to connect outside of their full-time roles and network with folks across the industry. Heading into the new board year, Caleb is ready to leverage the continuity and momentum from last year’s board while infusing fresh energy from new members. “We’ve got an amazing leadership team lined up. It’s a perfect blend of experience and fresh perspectives, which is crucial for driving our chapter forward, both locally and nationally.”
By day, Caleb is an account supervisor at Carmichael Lynch. He’s spent over seven years at CL, navigating the wild waters of account management and honing skills that now promise to elevate Ad 2 to new heights. Other career highlights include time with the Minnesota Twins Baseball Club and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Minnesota.
Ad 2 Vice President: Hannah Olson
With a knack for turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, Hannah Olson is stepping into the role of Ad 2 vice president. She made a splash last year as Ad 2 secretary, and now Hannah’s ready to take things up a notch. Her fresh perspective will be as invaluable as her infectious enthusiasm for the 2024-2025 board year.
Hannah is passionate about creating top-notch events that not only showcase the best talent in the Twin Cities, but also elevate the entire local chapter. “I really credit Ad 2 for where I am today in my career. From big marquee events, to DEIB initiatives, and every networking opportunity in between – there’s so much heart and soul put into everything Ad 2 does. I’m excited to build on our past successes and make this year unforgettable,” she beams. Hannah sees Ad 2 as a great space for younger folks to grow both their professional careers and personal circles, and their overall knowledge of the ad industry.
Hannah spends her days as a project manager at Colle McVoy, orchestrating magic with every project she touches. Previous roles with SixSpeed, AMP Agency, and Wisdom E-Sports have given her a well-rounded foundation for what’s sure to be a great career.
