Associate Activation Manager

We are searching for a Associate Activation Manager who has skillfully mastered purchasing of media across all digital platforms.

This role is responsible for the development and execution of digital media campaigns. Primary focus will be on executing effective campaigns with digital and social partners. Additionally, you will bring your digital expertise to collaborate with cross-functional teams to create media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions.

• Bachelor’s degree in media, marketing, or related field preferred
• 2 years of experience in digital media planning and buying
• Experience with 3rd party syndicated research resources (i.e. ComScore, Nielsen, eMarketer) is a plus but not required
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Pinterest, X, LinkedIn, programmatic advertising tools, and Google Analytics
• Excellent communication
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Demonstrates initiative (proactive and responsive)
• Identifies, analyzes and solves problems
• Collaborates well with strategy and creative partners
• Ability to manage and maintain budgets, billing and media authorizations
