THE ROLE
The Digital Trafficking Specialist is at the epicenter of making communications plans come to life. They are an essential team member who is responsible for effectively communicating with vendors and internal teams, for the precise delivery of all digital, broadcast, and outdoor creative assets or tags. They maintain collaborative relationships with several agency disciplines, including project management, production, account services, media and social teams.

DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage all aspects of ad delivery, tracking and monitoring of media campaigns including:
    • Digital creative QA and testing
    • Ensure client approval of all materials before trafficking
    • Identify trafficking implications based on targeted audiences and geography
    • Create custom URLs (Google UTMs and Adobe CIDs)
    • Timely delivery of assets and/or tags to vendors
    • Troubleshoot trafficking issues with vendors, 3rd party technologies and internal/external departments
    • Monitor digital pacing by utilizing Google Campaign Manager 360/DCM
    • Communicate ad creative status concerns with internal and external teams
  • Work closely with the media, data analytics, project management and account teams to fulfill ad-hoc client requests
  • Assist with the optimization of campaigns to hit client spend and performance goals (in tandem with Media Teams)
  • Perform other trafficking and execution duties as assigned to meet the ever-changing needs of the agency

EXPERIENCE

  • 1+ years of digital ad delivery, project management or media operations experience

  • Comfortable navigating Google CM360/DCM
  • Demonstrates strong interest in digital trafficking and files including banners, rich media, mobile, email, video, audio, native articles, digital out-of-home and social placements
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines
  • Strong work ethic with the self-motivation needed to exceed expectations
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking skills that demonstrate valuable business insights
  • Excellent judgment and diplomacy working with team members and partners
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a plus
