Position Summary

Always a strategic thinker, you’ll partner with all departments, lead the media planning work for several clients, and contribute to the overall positive culture at broadhead.
broadhead has teams in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Charlotte, North Carolina. A qualified candidate can be hired from either market and choose which city they would like to office in. This position would have a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office; 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead).
Essential Responsibilities
Lead and/or participate in pre-planning clients’ meetings to gather input and establish strategic direction
Implement and manage integrated, multi-channel plan development, negotiation and execution, delivering on client goals and objectives
Develop and maintain effective relationships with media partners
Stay on top of, and share knowledge with colleagues on, media trends and emerging media opportunities to encourage the best work possible
Analyze data and provide actionable measurement insights
Set the tone for teamwork, collaboration and integration within agency departments
Perform other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the agency
Experience
6+ years of experience working in an agency media department or in-house media department
Key Competencies
Mastery of media planning fundamentals
Experience with most types of media – social and programmatic a plus
Ability to present complicated media plans in a simplified form to clients
Strong attention to details and accuracy
Demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills that create actionable insights behind numbers/data
Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines
Ability to be flexible and adaptable to constant change, including working on client teams across offices and time zones
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well as other equivalent programs
Ability to travel as required
