Fallon
Session Title: Undercover Ads: Infiltrating Culture
Location: Johnson Great Room
Presenters:
Mike Behrends & Joe Johnson
Description:

In 2023, content is consumed at least two screens at a time, and more often than not, in an on-demand, ad-free/ad-blocked scenario. How do you get people to not only notice a brand, but to engage with a brand when they are actively opting-out of traditional advertising channels? You reward them for paying attention. Find out what this means during this breakout session. On the day Fallon opened its doors without a single client, it did so under the headline, “A new advertising agency for companies that would rather outsmart the competition than outspend them.” More than 40 years later, and this mantra is unwavering. We are a creatively led agency who pinned our public reputation on our commitment to smarts. Smart brands create something of value in the world: entertainment value, social value, and belief value. Smart brands are additive to peoples’ lives and to culture. They help build ideas in the world, and they leave something behind.
