Senior Engagement Manager

broadhead is looking for a new bull to join our Engage team. As a Senior Engagement Manager, you manage the implementation of digital media, social media and search campaigns for our clients and analyze performance of those efforts both online and offline. If you don’t know the answer, you are willing to get to the bottom of it, diving deep into the data or learning a new platform to get the job done. Your ambitious attitude will have team members seeking you out to assist with paid social, analytics, digital media, paid search and more. And you never shy away from your commitment to share your “can do” attitude.

Day-to-day work life will include but is not limited to the following:
Manage ongoing paid social and paid search programs, collaborating with media planners, media operations, digital strategists, public relations specialists and account leaders to ensure integration with overall client strategy and other initiatives.
Take the lead on finding ways to improve audience targeting, ad spend and overall effectiveness of client paid social and paid search campaigns.
Use digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Datorama, Tableau, etc.) to track, analyze and report on performance of client websites and digital media.
Assist agency with keeping up on best practices and trends in paid search and social.
Collaborate with team members to select KPIs that effectively track and measure effectiveness of digital activities.
Participate in client meetings to share results of digital media efforts, and to recommend modifications, as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the changing needs of the agency.

2-4 years of agency or client experience in a digital, social and/or analytics role.
Experience planning and executing paid social campaigns.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and Google Ads, with interest in audience building particularly for retargeting, lookalike modeling and custom audiences.
Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Datorama, Tableau or other analytics platforms a plus.
Knowledge of how to connect, clean and store data from multichannel sources.
