broadhead has teams in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Portland, Oregon. A qualified candidate can be hired from any market and choose which city they would like to office in. This position would have a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in office; 2 days/week remote is a typical week at broadhead).
Work closely with clients, account teams, producers, creatives, designers and developers alike – creating best-in-class digital experiences
Inform the scope, resourcing, and approach of digital marketing projects, with a specific focus on websites
Work with creatives, brand strategists, digital producers and developers on everything from simple landing pages to complex, multi-tiered websites
Partner with the new business and account teams in supporting the scoping, estimating, proposal development and pitching of digital marketing initiatives
Collaborate with the rest of the digital strategy team on the management of external digital partners
Educate and mentor agency and client teams regarding digital best practices, new technologies and trends
On-board and manage vendors necessary to support projects
Lead client meetings, pitches, and onboarding of new clients
Perform other duties as assigned to meet the changing needs of the agency
5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing or Agency environment
Proficiency in digital marketing, with an emphasis on websites
Experience working with digital producers and/or developers
Familiarity with how to create and execute email marketing campaigns
Experience working in multiple CMS platforms, a plus
Presentation skills and the ability to speak publicly
Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Positive attitude and the ability to create and maintain professional relationships with coworkers and clients
Strong analytical abilities and a talent for creative problem-solving
