Do you want to emotionally connect customers to your brand? Then you need “wow.” Wow is surprise and delight of an elevated magnitude. Wow goes above and beyond expectations and reaches people on a gut level. Wow increases customer loyalty and creates customer evangelists.
Laura Davis-Taylor, vice president of global retail strategy for Creative Realities in Fairfield, N.J. (www.cri.com), will discuss the “Anatomy of Wow,” including high-tech, low-tech and no-tech ways organizations can get customers talking. Davis-Taylor will use analysis of current market trends and stories of brands to illustrate how to use “wow” to connect with customers.
Davis-Taylor is recognized as an “expert resource” lecturer, workshop teacher and author in the In-Store Digital Media space. Creative Realities was named to Inc. magazine’s “Inc. 5000” list of America’s fastest-growing, privately-held companies.
