Allianz Life Creative Director, Rick Gibson, and Head of Brand Management and Project Leadership, Beth Miller have spent time onboth sides of the aisle and will bust some of the myths and misconceptions surrounding the often stigmatized move to an in-house agency – and the ability to move back.
