About Ad Fed Committees

Committees are the lifeblood of Ad Fed. Not one event, party, or program could be executed without the ongoing efforts of our committees. We have over a dozen year-round and annual event committees run by members who generously donate their time and expertise. Click on the links below for committee descriptions.

AdFed Committee

Magazine Day

This annual half-day event promotes the magazine industry. The day begins with a presentation by the Magazine Publishers Association, followed by an all-you-can-read magazine display, and concludes after a luncheon keynote by a noted magazine professional. Past presenters include Christine Heffner, Playboy Enterprises and Howard Fineman, Newsweek. Committee members are needed to plan the event, solicit magazine sponsors, secure typesetting and printing services, and assist with registration.
